Customer Lead Onboarding

Tony onboarded me onto the marketing package of HubSpot and was really helpful. It was led by my pace and what I needed and he went out of his way to research things I needed and help iron out any kinks. Thanks for the help.

Great experience with Digital Litmus

Really great 4 onboarding sessions with Tony - got us started off in the right direction and problem solved to suit our needs. And then added value with some further suggestions we were unaware of to further optimise our sales pipeline and enquiry handling. Would recommend and likely use again for projects in the future

Amazing, and really valuable sessions

Big thank you to Seb, who took me and my team through the HubSpot onboarding process last month. We had no CRM system and were relying on spreadsheets for data, Seb took us through the whole onboarding process, helped us learn about the system in great detail, and supported with importing years of data so we could move our reporting over seamlessly. I Would highly reccommend this team to support with anything!

Good Hubsport run through

Seb was great, and approachable throughout the process. The process felt a little rushed for us as it was our peak busy season so I recommend spacing it out over 3 weeks if this is the case for you too. We covered most of the elements on HubSpot. For some requests or workflows, Digital Litmus could not support and redirected us to HubSpot so it felt somehow detached. As onboarding experience was good, but I was expecting more tailoring and integration support, to optimize the software to our needs.

Complex project delivering continued success

At Supporting Education Group, we had a major project critical to our business. Moving the Martech of our Group from the early stages of digital maturity, which was fractured and siloed. Into a scalable solution offering us connected personalisation, automation, and attribution across our Group. Moving numerous business units into the advanced stages of digital maturity. From the get go, Digital Litmus demonstrated the knowledge, expertise, approach, and attitude we needed to make this happen. Consistently maintaining this throughout the project. Which continues with the work we're delivering today. In my experience. One of my major issues with suppliers, is a fantastic sales person who sells you the dream. Then disappears the moment the contract is signed. While things rapidly deteriorate from there. With DL, there was a consistency from every member of the team we worked with. We were always supported at the right level. In some cases pushed in our view and approach. Which is vital in a supplier. They are the experts and were happy to politely steer us towards a better solution when needed. Our project was, and is, a complex one. The team at DL were with us throughout. Available and present with little notice, to support us when we really needed them. I would happily give Digital Litmus my recommendation.
