Best CRM experience ever!

We brought Adam in to restructure our HubSpot CRM, and what stood out immediately was his ability to scope and deliver simultaneously - he didn't need thousands of discussions before adding value. Adam has deep, practical knowledge of HubSpot and CRM ops more broadly, which meant he could see what we needed, challenge our initial assumptions, and build it out in one go. Our setup now looks like it should have from day one. Highly recommend Closed Won for any team that wants their CRM to actually work for them, not the other way around.

Strongly recommend

Adam reset our HubSpot into a clean, high-performance CRM. He removed redundant fields and legacy complexity, rebuilt the data model and pipelines around how fu3e actually sells into UK real-estate accounts, and introduced automation and hygiene standards that now support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and GTM execution rather than creating admin. His depth of HubSpot expertise and willingness to challenge our assumptions materially improved segmentation, reporting, and team adoption.
