Working with Evenbound has been a strong experience overall. Ben has been a great partner so far in our CRM implementation. He's been incredibly quick to respond to questions and gives insights that are often easier to understand and quicker to the point than the mountain of HubSpot help articles and videos out there. Plus, he's really good at answering questions specific to our individual use cases. Since we're in such a specific industry, Ben made it a point from day one to truly understand our goals and, fundamentally, how our company operates. So far this has ensured our CRM is getting set up and implemented just right. He's stuck to his timeline and keeps an open, clear line of communication.
