OUTSTANDING!
I have been working with Luke and Dan for the last 18 months and they have been an amazing help. Initially i was skeptical about transferring to another CRM, better the devil you know! I was wrong, transferring to HubSpot has been one of the best decisions I have made and the support from Free Range Web has been incredible. I am not a technical person and the way the lads held my hand and taught me how to use it bit by bit has been great. We couldn't have migrated without them!
After our CRM provider told us they were closing their doors for good, we needed to find a solution very quickly and we spoke to Free Range Web about HubSpot. The timescale for this project was 6 weeks, and we needed the business to run while all of this was taking place. Free Range Web explained the process and the complexities involved with migrating accumulated information and planned the migration with little time at all. This included preparing the HubSpot CRM for all of the information on varying records, mainly companies, contacts and deals as well as maintaining all of the various associations between these records. During this process they also cleansed, formatted or improved the information fields we had been using and helped define a sales pipeline with some improvements like mandatory fields for sales staff. They also integrated systems to HubSpot where applicable and gave some basic training on some of the sales tools. HubSpot has done a good job of consolidating our communications and Free Range Web made all of this possible on a tight timescale and a very reasonable price! We couldn’t recommend them more and we couldn't have migrated without them!
