Carissa has been fantastic to work with. She set us up well on the CRM. She is extremely productive, well spoken, personable, knoledgeable, responsive, timely, and adaptable. I am glad she will be an ongoing resourceif we need her skills. We did discover about 5 weeks into the setup process that HubSpot couldn't be programmed to meet our needs. At its core, this is HubSpots failure. However, as our build-out expert and implementation consultant who was involved in all of our virtual sales calls with HubSpot, we relied on her expertise when we decided to move forward with HubSpot. Carissa should have been more cautious about asserting that HubSpot could meet our needs.
