We have been using HubSpot for over 8 years, and, as a result we accumulated a ton of sales, lead and customer data, built out a number of workflows, object fields and implemented several variations of departmental processes over those years. An initial clean up was undertaken by another vendor (before we discovered Paris and Groove Consulting) which made our data even more complex, messy and processes even more challening. Paris and her team were able to jump right in and help us fix a lot of that clean up. She knew our process and understood both how we were currently using HubSpot, our goals for each department and was able to define a clear, consistent path forward for all of our teams. Before Paris came along, our teams were working within their own silos in terms of objects, workflows, properties and more - Paris was able to get us all on the same page and truly help us maximize our leads for sales and streamline data hygiene for customer success. She even helped us customize some integrations which we were unaware we could do and have automated many manual processes. We have been working with Paris and her team at Groove Consulting for close to a year now. The results have been spectacular.
