We’ve had an excellent experience working with One Metric during our marketing onboarding with HubSpot. In particular, our main support contact, Khushi, has been incredible, and so easy to work alongside - always available to jump on a call or quickly put together a Loom to walk us through things. Her support, and calls with both herself and Aashish, have been both timely and highly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to getting the most out of automations / workflows. It’s allowed us to get set up efficiently and with a lot more confidence.

Working with One Metric has been a great experience for our team. They helped us build a more efficient workflow, truly understand our needs, and implement the right solutions to support our processes. Thanks to their support, we are now using HubSpot much more effectively and taking advantage of features that significantly improve how we work. The only challenge we weren’t able to fully resolve was integrating our invoicing systems with HubSpot, but aside from that, the overall experience has been excellent.

Our experience with One Metric was top notch. Mankirat and Nanda specifically were wonderful. Mankirat was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful throughout. Nanda has some great reporting knowledge too and both were able to help us clean up our CRM, implement stronger processses for data management, build out our reporting functionality as well as streamline some of the gaps we were seeing throughout the funnel. We engaged with them to help us clean up our data but we left with so much more than anticipated.
