Hiperestrategia ofrece un servicio que es ideal para empresas con procesos internos maduros ya que el acompañamiento técnico es limitado. Nos hubiera gustado una mayor claridad inicial sobre los requerimientos base necesarios para poder continuar con la implementación de HubSpot y las integraciones necesarias. Sin esto, la planificación de tiempos no fue adecuada, y no se logró cumplir con los objetivos de la implementación, aún con una prorroga en el tiempo de implementación. Con un levantamiento inicial de necesidades internas y externas, no habría necesidad de tener cambios en el camino que representan valores adicionales. Para finalizar el proceso y poder comenzar a utilizar la herramienta HubSpot, buscamos un partner más proactivo y enfocado en el acompañamiento de los procesos necesarios.
