National Projects for Litter CleanUp

Human Marketing has done a fantastic job with our two national projects. Earth Day 2019 CleanUp & National CleanUp Day. For background, we partnered with Earth Day to host their first nationally coordinated cleanup. Working with both teams, Human Marketing coordinated social media and paid ads. The original goal was 250 cleanup sites in 10 cities. Our final result was over 5300 sites. For National CleanUp Day, Human Marketing social media efforts increased our social media effectiveness and we showed an almost 40% improvement over the prior year. The Human Marketing team helped with Facebook ads and social media raising awareness of these two projects by more than 10X overall. Their team communicated effectively and with great attention to detail. As a new customer, they had many questions and guided us to a better result than we would have obtained with in-house staffing. Customer Service was prompt, receptive, and knowledgeable. Billing was accurate and simple.

Social Media Ad Success

We've had the Human Marketing team exclusively in charge of our Facebook and Instagram advertising for the past 4 months. As a small startup, it was the first time we've ever used an "Agency." I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a raised eyebrow on if we'd get results. However, they were completely transparent and ensured all expectations and deliverables were clearly laid out as to what we could expect. Combined with the flexibility of their monthly contract option, we decided to give it a try. Not only are we seeing great results, but our PM (Mike) has been fantastic. He's always on top of things.
