First things first, Sam is an absolutely amazing person and, of course, she is very knowledgeable too. I spent a lot of time, money, and stress trying to perfect marketing through Google and facebook Ads. I finally got the CPA and quality of leads to be at a great level. But, we were wasting the leads/money, and not closing many deals because, for the life of me, I can't get my sales team to call within the 1-5 minute window! According to insidesales' study, unless you contact the new lead within 5 minutes, the chances of contacting that lead decreased exponentially. According to some studies, getting that first contact/touch out the first 1 minute VS. 1 hour later is a 25x difference. With InboundAddOns, we can set the first text to go out within 2 mins to introduce ourselves EVERY single time. Yes, now our acquisition cost continues to drop. By the way, an email autoreponders' open rate is ~20%, but SMS's open rate is 98%. Don't take my word for it, Google it.
