Great collaboration with Indicia during HubSpot implementation

Over the course of several months, Indicia took care of a complex but seamless migration of data to and implementation of HubSpot as our new CRM. Our salesteam was struggeling with fragmented data, endless excel-lists and uncomplete customer profiles. After a few meetings with Indicia, they advised us on a migration to HubSpot. This was all carefully documented, as multiple user-stories were constructed in detail. What followed was a true collaboration by two companies: my colleagues described the team at Indicia as being part of our own team, signifying the care they put in both in the preliminary phase and afterwards. The implementation itself provid to be difficult because of a custom integration with one of our existing systems, but Indicia tackled this quickly and efficiently. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with the work the Indicia team delivered.
