The Indigo Trigger team has been an excellent partner in helping us design and implement the integration between HubSpot and Naviga. This has been a complex project with a lot of moving parts, and the team has consistently demonstrated strong technical knowledge, responsiveness, and a willingness to work through challenges with us. One of the things I appreciate most is their ability to understand not only the technical requirements of the integration, but also the business processes behind them. They have taken the time to understand how our sales, CRM, and order management workflows need to work together and have helped translate those requirements into practical integration solutions. The team has been collaborative and communicative throughout the process. They have also been flexible as our requirements have evolved during the HubSpot implementation.
