Strategic partnership that generates results

When we started evaluating a new CRM platform, finding Insight Sales was a game changer. From the very first contacts, the team showed a deep understanding of our context and supported us very closely in defining the plans and the ideal structure for the objectives we wanted to achieve. Throughout the implementation, the team's level of technical and strategic maturity became clear. The entire design of the commercial process, from the sales funnel, customer registration and contract generation to the credit analysis routines, was built in a personalized way, respecting our business rules and the reality of our market. More than just execution, Insight was genuinely interested in understanding our product, our customers and our challenges, which made all the difference to the quality of the automations and integrations delivered.
