My company had the pleasure of working with an amazing cross-functional team that expedited our Enterprise Sales CRM configuration and roll-out. From the first meeting until the last training session, and all of the numerous cadences and impromptu Zooms in between, we were always able to find the time to sit down and work through the planned and unplanned spec and deliverables with agility and plenty of flexibility. By the end of our implementation period we were on time and within the budget. Our solution required some complex two-way API syncing, defining numerous custom objects, and dealing with some unusual requests and workflows that are all highly specific to our industry. The curveballs just kept coming. Great job and kudos to the Instrumental Group for bringing their A game.
