Perfect training

Ixtensa convinced us in all respects. Our goal was to build up a comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot. We were already using HubSpot and with the help of Ixtensa we were able to greatly expand our knowledge and understanding. Any questions we had were answered with a great deal of specialist knowledge and this was done directly in our joint consultation sessions. Wir hatten zunächst schlechte Erfahrungen während einer Zusammenarbeit mit Periti Digital gesammelt, mit deren Beratungsleistungen und System-Importen wir unzufrieden waren. Anders bei Ixtensa: Matthias und sein Team haben uns von Anfang an kompetent in allen Fragen unterstützt. Bei dringenden Themen gab es zeitnah eine Rückmeldung, teils als extra eingesprochenes Video um schnell die nötige Orientierung zu schaffen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst: Wir haben für unser Geld umfangreiche Systemanpassungen bekommen, die uns erlauben unsere Sales- und PM-Prozesse nun nahezu vollständig im CRM abzubilden. Da unsere Schwesterfirma bereits erfolgreich mit IXTENSA bei der Einführung von HubSpot zusammengearbeitet hatte, entschieden wir uns ebenfalls, mit ihnen als Partner zu arbeiten. Im ersten Schritt migrierten wir unser CRM und die vorhandene Marketingautomation auf HubSpot. Bei der Herausforderung der Anbindung unseres eigenentwickelten Kundenportals hat uns IXTENSA super beraten und eine individuelle Lösung inkl. Custom-API und Workflows für uns geschaffen und so unsere speziellen Anforderungen umgesetzt. Darauf folgte ein kompletter Webseitenrelaunch inkl. neuem Content und Design. Dank der kompetenten Unterstützung konnte dieser innerhalb weniger Monate realisiert werden. Mittlerweile nutzen wir IXTENSA als Sparringspartner und Berater über sämtliche HubSpot-Hubs hinweg. Unser kleines Team arbeitet sehr agil und Anforderungen ändern sich oft im Projektverlauf – IXTENSA reagiert darauf immer schnell und flexibel, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen! 😊 Die bisherigen Projekte verliefen so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten – danke dafür!
