What was the team like before this project, and what challenges were they trying to address? Before the project, we were looking to streamline and professionalize our sales and marketing processes so we could better support the company’s growth. We needed a solution that would allow us to work in a more organized and scalable way. What did we work on together? We worked on implementing and configuring HubSpot, tailoring the platform to our needs and defining processes that would allow us to get the most out of the tool. What specifically changed?
