We worked with Karman Digital on the initial phase of our DealCloud and HubSpot integration and had a very positive experience. Given the complexity, the team took a pragmatic, phased approach, validating data and field mappings before moving into automation, which gave us confidence in the foundations. They also helped set up dynamic segmentation in HubSpot, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Communication was clear and collaborative throughout. Successful CRM Migration Project

We worked with Karman Digital to implement HubSpot and modernise how our team manages client relationships and investment data. The process began with an in-office discovery session and user story mapping, which led to a flexible agile delivery plan. This was such a fun day, and the whole team got involved. This approach gave us full visibility throughout the project and allowed the plan to evolve as our needs developed. Our existing data was imported seamlessly into HubSpot, ensuring our team retained all essential tools and functionality, including investment access and interest calculations. Weekly check-ins kept communication clear, and any blockers were quickly addressed. New brand-look HubSpot website

We chose Karmen because of their detailed proposal with a focus on user experience and the calibre of the designs we saw across many of the other sites and brands they'd already supported. I'm delighted with how the team brought our brand evolution concept to life, developing a new visual language for us.
