It all started with a question in the HubSpot forum about an almost unsolvable task within the DOI process at KPS AG. The one question quickly turned into a comprehensive collaboration. Karsten corrected, expanded and optimized the existing setup of all forms, workflows, emails, etc. at strategic points. He also established DOI processes, supported the development of lead scoring and developed helpful reports to help us keep an eye on the system.
