Excellent Migration Supporter

Kate played a supporting role in helping me accomplish a Salesforce to HubSpot migration. She followed instructions well, took feedback like a champ, and helped ensure the end deliverable was a success. It was a pleasure working with her on this technical project.

Helpful HubSpot Coach

Kate was a wonderful and helpful partner in our company's HubSpot revamp project. Kate helped us create better data hygiene/integrity in the CRM, sales and marketing funnel alignment, deals pipeline, dashboards and custom reports, workflows and lead generation, and bonus recorded training sessions. Each step along the way she helped our team move forward and was an excellent subject matter expert in HubSpot.

KSF Marketing Helped Us Role Out Additional HubSpot Tools to Our Field Staff

We asked Kate for help with two things. First, we asked for her to apply her exceptional knowledge of HubSpot to help us create a pilot program for our field staff on how to best use HubSpot's "sequences." Kate provided both strategic and practical input and helped our internal team solve many of the challenges on how to best set up and use sequences within our organization. We also asked Kate to tackle some time-intensive tasks within HubSpot that our small marketing team just couldn't get to. Specifically, Kate helped us develop custom reports and dashboards for each member of our field staff. Although much of that work was monotonous, it did require someone that really understood HubSpot reports quite well, and someone with an attentive eye toward detail. Kate did a great job and allowed us to provide many tools in HubSpot to our co-workers that we might not have been able to otherwise provide.
