I partnered with Joost and Bas to design and implement a scalable lead-scoring and lifecycle framework in HubSpot. The work covered a current-state audit, a behavior- and profile-based scoring model, HubSpot-aligned lifecycle stages and lead statuses, and a dashboard for the marketing-sourced pipeline. We’ve implemented the framework in HubSpot; the scoring mechanism goes live shortly and we’ll measure impact after. Collaboration was smooth—clear alignment, quick iterations, and pragmatic execution. I’m very satisfied with the process and the partnership.
