After a somewhat bumpy start due to a change of personnel and then Christmas just around the corner, things went really well in the new year. Marc was very competent and super nice! The integration with Airtable was certainly a challenge in the collaboration, but Marc mastered that with ease. Many thanks especially for the help with the offers with the link to the media plan!!!! I could never have managed that on my own. Many thanks also to Tim, who had to smooth things over a few times ;-) It was a really good collaboration! Gladly again :)
Our experience with LEVR under the leadership of Tim Oldenburg was unfortunately not satisfactory. Despite an originally planned project duration of one month, the implementation dragged on for over three months, with many key problems being solved late or not at all. A central problem was also the lack of willingness to cooperate as soon as we pointed out difficulties. Instead of offering constructive solutions, LEVR finally pointed out that the project duration had ended and that the agreed hours had been used up - even though billing by the hour had never been agreed. Instead, specific project goals were defined in the initial workshop, which had obviously not been achieved at that time. Nevertheless, LEVR insisted that a timeframe had to be met rather than taking responsibility for the incomplete implementation. After we finally brought in another fee-based HubSpot partner, it became clear that many of the processes set up by LEVR were not only flawed, but simply could not work as planned in practice. The new partner was able to rectify the problems that had arisen and at the same time showed us what a truly professional and efficient collaboration with a HubSpot partner can look like. This experience has prompted us to write this review to give other companies a realistic assessment.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Onboarding durch LEVR. Hat soweit alles nach unseren Wünschen gepasst. Der Projektleiter war ab und an aufgrund Folgeterminen unter zeitlichem Druck, aber wir fühlten uns stets sehr gut aufgehoben. Danke und gerne wieder!
