We started our journey with Logical as a marketing client working on paid advertising and were hesitant at first to make major changes to our marketing and CRM tools while we got our arms around our new marketing agency partnership. After building trust with Logical we entertained transitioning our marketing stack onto HubSpot which they were very helpful with. During this time we also trialed HubSpot CRM to understand the opportunity for uniting all of our tools under one roof. Logical was a critical partner as part of this implementation helping us with this decision and weighing all of our complex needs. We rely heavily on Netsuite for our business to they helped us understand the integration process for this and many of the other tools in our stack. They were able to work hand in hand with our sales team to understand their needs and help train them on the new tools they would be using. They had already been a great marketing partner for us but I feel like being able to unite on HubSpot really helped us throw some gas on the fire of the success we were already having and be able to have the right tools to accelerate our sales and marketing efforts. The team at Logical were great at giving us the time and attention we needed for a quick and seamless transition of a lot of workflows all at once from Marketing to Sales/CRM.
