All in one tool

Initially, we only had our email connected to HubSpot and we managed our emails through the platform. But we've been expanding our experience with MBUDO and now we have the Call Center to generate tickets that can be associated with customer accounts, form creation and more. Very effective and very useful for day-to-day management in Customer Care.
