My team worked with Adam for our HubSpot onboarding and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with! Our team had little to no CRM experience, but by the end of the training, he had us building workflows and different automations that were pretty complex! Throughout the training period, Adam was very personable and kept things light and cheerful, while explaining the detailed and complex HubSpot software to us. Meida Junction and Oscar Quiroga did an amazing job of onboarding us to HubSpot. He showed us what we wanted we knew we would use and didn't focus on training on things we wouldn't use. It helped to make our time with him efficient and worthwhile. I would use Oscar in the future as we get to the point of needing more advanced training in HubSpot.

Tooth was starting from the bottom with us as we were all at different levels of tech knowledge! He was patient and didn't mind answering multiple questions while we were training. We also lost our communications specialist during our training time frame, so he supported us and set us up for success in the future once we hire someone new.
