We love Adam "Tooth" Toothaker

From the moment I saw his name, I was like huh interesting, sounds like Tooth and "aker"...this is obvious going to be very painful...and he obviously saw my facial expression and one of the first things he said was "Yes, you can call me Tooth." And from thereon the rest is history... Haha half joking, but on a serious note, simply put, Adam was the best implementation consultant anyone could ask for. He's obviously technically sound, and coming from a sales background, also super practical understanding halfway through my question, he was already typing away knowing the solution. He always gave the "correct answer" first, but then would also interject with what he would do if he were in our shoes. I will say, you would kind of expect that technical skill is what you would expect to be the bare minimum for an implementation consultant, and ok, while I've had much worst experiences and so that is def not the case, I will say what made Adam super spectacular is the fact that he is super empathetic and even when I asked a stupid question he would acknowledge it as a "good question" (haha thanks Adam, really appreciate you not crushing my ego) and go about showing us exactly how to solve for that on a conceptual basis. For me, as someone who values systems/conceptual thinking, I really appreciated that. Tooth for real, appreciate everything, and if you're ever in our neck of the woods, dinner/drinks are on us! Look forward to meeting you in person one day! Don't be a stranger!
