Great HubSpot onboarding experience

Oscar was great to work with throughout our HubSpot guided on boarding. He helped us get a much clearer understanding of how to structure and use the platform in a way that fits our team’s workflow, instead of just walking through generic features. The sessions were organized, easy to follow, and focused on practical setup decisions that will help us manage contacts, track activity, and build better reporting over time. All sessions were recorded and the HubSpot Courses helped us learn quickly. We especially appreciated Oscar’s ability to explain the “why” behind different HubSpot tools and processes. He gave helpful guidance on future scalability, including how automation's and reporting can become more important as our team grows and our internal processes become more formalized. He also made clear where Media Junction can continue to support us versus where HubSpot’s technical support is the right resource. Overall, Oscar was professional, responsive, and consultative.
