How collaboration works - a team that understands

Working with One Medialis was a stroke of luck for us in every respect. We particularly appreciate the short lines of communication and the fast, solution-oriented communication. Together, we set up a complete processing platform for an insolvency case in a very special project and were able to implement all our requirements precisely thanks to HubSpot and the necessary integrations. Our collaboration is still young - after around nine months, we are now in the final stages of the sensitive sales phase. The result: a system with which we were able to reach numerous customers in a structured way and make the entire process clear. Special thanks go to Janina, Nicklas and CXO Martin. Janina supported us after the onboarding with impressive expertise. She immediately understood what was important to us and her calm, clear manner ensured that every step of the process was right from the start. Thanks to her structured approach, we were able to implement the project efficiently and without detours. Nicklas was the man in the background who implemented all our programming requests with impressive speed and precision. What seemed technically challenging was solved by him in no time at all - always reliably and cleanly implemented. Martin allayed our initial concerns in the sales process and made our entry into HubSpot a real success story. Exchanges, brainstorming and sparring with the entire team were always constructive, efficient and inspiring. What sets us apart from other HubSpot users: We work exclusively on a project basis, with a clear goal and defined end. For us, HubSpot was not a classic CRM & marketing tool for newsletters or campaigns, but a communication platform optimized for structured customer and partner communication in the context of insolvency processing. We support around 950 customers and around 200 participating municipal companies. We use six HubSpot Professional licenses in combination with PandaDoc and Aircall - and our custom-built customer portal is the best example of how One Medialis implements even complex requirements reliably and precisely. For us, it was a great and successful collaboration that we can recommend without reservation.
