We've had a really great experience overall. Cassy gave us the confidence to use the platform to its full potential, and we're finally able to properly track and filter leads from our website while setting up workflows and automations that have made our sales process much more efficient. Our internal team is also loving the email builder and successfully sent out our first campaign - which is great to see the engagement via the Contact activity. Highly recommended

A solid website build and a solid team

The NBH team just get it. Having gone through a few site builds, this was one of the best I have experienced. Unlike working with a pure development team, NBH have a keen sense for business needs, which makes for a smoother process bringing concepts to fruition and a result that isn't just functional but built for results. The project was delivered to a well managed timeline and we're really happy with the outcome. A couple of features overlooked in the initial concept phase were accommodated along the way, which we really appreciated. And with minimal bugs to note, so both the HubSpot CMS and the build team are solid.
