We came to HubSpot with no real CRM in place. I’d used Salesforce before, but HubSpot is a different user experience (and much easier) —and James at Perry Avenue made the implementation painless. He got us onboarded fast, trained our team, and kept us focused on the features that mattered for our goals (not shiny objects). As we used the system more, he coached us into more advanced usage and showed us how to get more out of the software without adding complexity. When we were short on time, he even jumped in and executed directly in our portal. Most importantly, he’s responsive—text, link, or email—always within hours. The result: faster adoption, cleaner data, and outreach that actually drives conversations.
