They understand that all of the attendees to the training may be in different roles, with different knowledge - and thus they adapt their training accordingly. They allow plenty of time (and practice much patience), for questions and requests of demonstrations throughout the session which has been invaluable to our needs. Their thorough knowledge of this incredibly vast platform doesn't cease to amaze me - and they simplify and explain it so well. Comprehensive support with improving how we use HubSpot

Charlotte and Chris have been tremendously helpful with every aspect of reviewing and upgrading our HubSpot practice. We needed to build and improve a complex set of sales and marketing processes spanning a variety of different products and services, and they have brought much greater clarity to our plan by asking the right questions and offering valuable insights about how our system can work for us. As well as providing a comprehensive training programme for our wider team, they've always been available to talk and have been quick to respond with advice and best practice for the hundreds of incidental "how do I do this" questions that have come up while we've been working together.
