The RR team feels like an extension of mine. As a startup, my priorities are constantly shifting. Michael and Rhonda have been flexible and proactive in finding ways to help us across email marketing, lead management, webinar admin, and CRM data management - just to name a few. Throughout our time working together (~8 month and counting) they've documented all of our work, and processes in Confluence, bringing order and sanity to my often insane world.
