We engaged RedPandas to complete a HubSpot optimisation project. The project involved a complete review of our customer journey, pipelines, data structure, reporting requirements and team processes, and Richie guided us through each stage with clarity and patience. Richie was excellent to work with, his communication was clear, his recommendations were practical, and he quickly understood the nuances of our business. The improvements made to our pipelines, reporting and data hygiene have already allowed us to refine our marketing activities and make more informed decisions. His new dashboards are particularly valuable, giving us visibility that we simply did not have before. The training sessions and Loom videos were another standout. Richie explained everything in a way that made adoption easy, and having the training recordings on file means our team can continue referring to them long after the project has wrapped. Overall, this project has significantly strengthened our HubSpot setup and given us the foundations to continue improving.
