Positive HubSpot Onboarding Experience

Overall we had a very good experience with our HubSpot onboarding. The sessions were well structured and our onboarding specialist was consistently prepared, enthusiastic and always on time. Ryan was patient when walking us through the platform and happy to answer questions along the way. While HubSpot is a powerful system and there were moments where things felt a little complex in these early stages, the guidance and support has absolutely helped us build a solid understanding of how to get started. A professional and supportive onboarding process overall.

HubSpot Optimization Project

Red Panda is great to work with, I would even go as far as saying that they were "fun", they brough a lot of joy into the project and were flexible as we worked out what we needed support on and what we were happy to tackle ourselves. The team were knowledgeable and open to listening to our requirements. Our use of HubSpot even Red Panda thought was a bit "unique" - we have a lot of workflows, a history of many chiefs and dynamic process differences across our global territories. We were really impressed with how the team at Red Panda assisted our team with the deployment of Lead Object. Brilliant.

As a business in the financial services sector, there is always a little extra caution when choosing implementation partners, especially for complex CRM and technology projects. And having personally worked with various technology partners in previous roles, many of which came with significant challenges, I’m pleased to say Richie and the RedPandas team exceeded every expectation. Richie, our Project Manager, was an absolute legend. He is highly skilled and solution-focused, yet down-to-earth and relatable. He was responsive, strategic, and genuinely listened to our needs while challenging our thinking in the best way. Richie kept our team on track and made the entire process both effective and enjoyable. His use of Loom videos during build, rollout, and training was excellent and made everything easy to follow. It’s obvious RP have a great internal culture, and it really shows through the experience they have provided us as clients. We’re also working with them on our website migration project, and so far, the project is just as seamless. By far the best implementation experience I’ve had!

Outstanding Experience with Red Pandas

Red Pandas were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The whole team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in delivering a great outcome. A special mention to Richie, who was exceptional to work with. His communication, attention to detail, and calm, solutions-focused approach made the entire process seamless.
