It was a very frustrating experience. I decided to move forward with Straight Grow for CRM and AI implementation based on their 5-star reviews and a strong first impression during the pitch. Unfortunately, the actual experience fell far short of expectations. The team demonstrated a clear lack of expertise in HubSpot and consistently missed agreed deadlines. Communication was also an issue, with team members frequently on leave, which further delayed progress. Despite escalating the situation twice to the CEO and showing considerable patience—including documenting concerns from a particularly difficult meeting—we saw no meaningful improvement. Instead of addressing the issues or allocating appropriate resources, the team chose to shift the blame onto us, ultimately concluding the engagement with a simple “Apologies for the inconvenience caused.” If an apology alone could resolve issues, the situation would have been very different. It is unclear how other clients had positive experiences, but in our case, the project resulted in a significant loss of time, money, and internal resources. The fact that I had to take time out of an already busy schedule—one of the main reasons we hired a partner in the first place—to write this review speaks for itself.
