Tradewater is a B Corp that is focused on the collection, control, and destruction of potent greenhouse gases that are essential to prevent catastrophic climate change. We are strategically focused on the most effective environmental solutions and and creating economic opportunity all over the world. Our projects include the destruction of refrigerants and halon fire suppressants that deplete the ozone layer. We also find, measure, and plug abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells that are leaking methane into the atmosphere. Our work is verified by third parties and listed on the leading carbon registries, resulting in high-quality, globally recognized carbon offset credits. We have destroyed over 5.5 million tons of CO2e to date and are on a path to prevent the release of 3 million tons of CO2e annually.
