A rock-solid RevOps partner for HubSpot, CRM, and growth infrastructure

As we scale, we needed a RevOps and marketing automation partner who could move fast, think in systems, and take full ownership of our HubSpot and CRM stack. TripleDart stepped in initially to support HubSpot setup and foundational CRM workflows and quickly became much more than an implementation partner. TripleDart led our HubSpot onboarding end-to-end, designing the full CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and automation logic tailored to our GTM motion. They ensured HubSpot was set up not just for marketing, but as a true source of truth across sales, growth, and revenue operations. They also handled the Salesforce–HubSpot integration, validating data sync, lead routing, and attribution logic to ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales. UTM tracking, source persistence, and lifecycle attribution were implemented with a level of rigor that’s rare to find, especially at speed. Great partner for all things CRM, Marketing Automation, Web and more

We initially engaged TripleDart for a limited scope focused on setting up Apollo sequences, configuring domains to improve email deliverability, and building a few Salesforce dashboards. Over time, the engagement expanded significantly as TripleDart demonstrated strong ownership and technical depth across our revenue and marketing stack. They went on to design and implement our complete Salesforce onboarding flow, led the full migration from Marketo to HubSpot, and successfully migrated all marketing assets while rebuilding automations natively within HubSpot. TripleDart also onboarded HubSpot end-to-end, validated the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, and ensured seamless data flow and routing. Beyond CRM and marketing automation, they supported Webflow development for ongoing website creation and maintenance, integrated Calendly with HubSpot and Salesforce for proper lead routing, and implemented UTM persistence using local storage to maintain accurate lead source attribution across sessions. They continue to manage our HubSpot email campaigns reliably. Overall, TripleDart has evolved from a scoped technical partner into a trusted extension of our RevOps and marketing operations team.
