Our initial issue was a lack of any ability to track sales leads and determine what happened to them. For example; we would spend thousands of dollars going to trade shows generating a pocket full of leads. Six months later we had no idea where those leads disappeared to. Where did they go? Sucked into a parallel universe maybe! It was our version of a "black hole". Leads fell into it never to be seen again. During my consutaltion with Chris he asked what would be our objective? Of course we wanted to increase sales but, I said get rid of our "black hole"! With that said we set out to very quickly introduce a fantastic CRM system. Then came email marketing, lead generation and tracking, ad development and much more. Three years later Delmar is an indespensible part of our team. The bottom line is Delmar listened to our problems and put their efforts toward achieving our goal. The black hole is gone and we are on to other exciting marketing tools.
