Came across Rick when he responded to a question I posted on the HubSpot community, where I'd gotten no other responses after a few days. Not only did he give great feedback to my question, but he offered to have a call to really understand the problem I was looking to solve, and work through ways to make it work, even though HubSpot isn't designed out of the box to do what I was looking for. On the call, Rick was knowledgeable, and quick to come up with creative solutions to the problem I was having. He even offered to customize my setup for me free of charge, even after I told him that we're a new company that unfortunately wouldn't be able to hire his consulting firm at this stage of our development. Whenever that stage comes though, I won't hesitate at all to bring on Whittington Consulting to help build out a more robust set of tools that we can use to reach out to investors and partners alike.
