Late last year we as a company decided very late on to transfer to HubSpot from Salesforce, it took 2 weeks from the issue being raised to signing the HubSpot contract and that contract was signed 3 weeks before our Salesforce account was to be renewed, meaning we had 3 weeks from decision to move to HubSpot and having to use HubSpot daily as Salesforce was turned off. Cyberbia were suggested to us by HubSpot as the best people to use for the migration and thank god that suggestion was made. Quite rightly in our initial meetings Rob and Tony were very open about the potential issues that could come up in such an accelerated migration, with things needing to be delivered in 3 weeks that usually take months, with only 1 person (me) at the FST end to offer support and guidance. Despite their very sensible set of concerns that were raised when it came time to deliver not only did they never fall back on the previously raised concerns as excuses for not delivering, they repeatedly delivered far more than we had any right to expect. I was the migration manager at the FST end and received endless credit from the business for how smoothly the transition went and how seamlessly the migration was delivered, this was all credit that should have gone to Tony who was a genuine miracle worker, but like the best magicians kept all the hard work hidden from us and instead just delivered again and again. Once again I would re-iterate that we went from decision to change CRM's to opening HubSpot instead of Salesforce when you logged on to your computer in 3 weeks and on day one the core business requirements were available and up and running. It then became a matter of upgrading and refining the data into the new system and designing and deploying processes for each of our separate business units to use, again this was delivered on schedule or ahead of schedule and with the minimum of fuss, the twice weekly meetings were often perfunctory affairs where I just laid out what was required that week, or some issue that had come up and Tony and Rob set about delivering the solution without drowning us in technical details and never, not once, delivering excuses instead of results, it truly was a pleasure working with them. In conclusion, if you are a project manager that needs to hire a specialist to help with a CRM Migration and enjoy getting credit for the hard and brilliant work of others, then hire Cyberbia, they truly do deliver results not excuses even when they had every opportunity to give what were no even excuses but reasons, instead they just delivered what we needed and I am certain they worked more hours than what they billed us for also, cannot recommend them highly enough, just choose Cyberbia.
