DigitalScouts - Ashish Shetty has saved us from the complete mess we had unfortunately gotten ourselves into with our HubSpot set up. The original set and structure of our HubSpot was so poor we has discovered that staff were using their own spreadsheets to try and keep track of contacts, sales processes and onboarding. We were in a position where we could not trust any of the data, reporting was non-existent, customer journeys were flawed, clients were being missed in crucial onboarding and basic business activities were virtually paralysed. We found and engaged DigitalScouts and the impact Ashish has had on our business in 6 weeks has been nothing short of remarkable. The first stage of the engagement was to undertake a quick assessment of our current state and to identify the critical issues, of which there were many, within 3 days Ashish had reviewed, identified, documented and provided recommended solutions and action plans for each of the identified critical issues. The verbal update and written report was first class, professionally presented, clearly articulated the issues and provided a clear way forward with a timeline commitment which has been adhered to. Ashish provides continual written updates, is incredibly responsive at all times and his work ethic and commitment to rectifying our situation is first class. Ashish has demonstrated a deep understanding of HubSpot and there has not been one of the critical issues he could not solve and rectify for us. We continue to improve our situation on a daily basis, whether it be a re-adjustment of the contact screen to improve our understanding of the client in a consolidated view or a complicated integration with our other systems which improves efficiencies and reporting confidence. I have been incredibly impressed with what Ashish has delivered over the past weeks and I would recommend him without hesitation and with complete confidence to others needing support in maximising the HubSpot platform.
