Great help in the implementation process of HubSpot Sales and Marketing.

We have been working with Trade since the beginning of 2025 in the process of implementing HubSpot in the company. First with the Sales module and training the sales team in the use of the tool. Then, after seeing the potential, they helped us with the implementation of the marketing module. In both cases, Trade worked hand in hand with us, especially in the understanding of our processes in order to translate them into the HubSpot context. They helped us in the design and optimization of sequences, workflows, integration of tools such as those aimed at customer service via chat, etc. Working with Trade is a guarantee of quality, support, professionalism and success. From the point of view of improvement, I recommend that they explain very well at the beginning of the work how the contracted hours will be used and also that in the trainings they use, if possible, a simpler language so that those who are not immersed in certain terminologies can grasp the objective, way of working and deliverables.
