Professional, Effective and Communicative!

I started with Fidget Branding in 2019. The first project was to redesign our logo and print collaterals. Together, we came up with four custom projects targeting different audiences. The materials were launched and we have had a very positive response thus far from our target audiences. Next we moved on to redesign our website and re-wrote most of the content. The project moved forward with precision and on-time and on-budget. We were so happy with the results but what really sealed the deal was the excellent training and follow up. The team were very thorough in the training we were provided and in addition, made themselves available as many times as we needed. With all our sales efforts now moving on-line, we opted to take the final step into investing in a brand new CRM and Fidget shared with us the potential HubSpot has to offer. With all our existing client contacts on Quickbooks and Excel, and managing communications through Outlook and marketing through Mailchimp, it was time to take the leap and centralize everything under the HubSpot umbrella. There was a lot of pre-work that needed to be done and Arthur and Jules took the time to understand what we needed to track and how we prefer to communicate. They then custom built the platform and helped us migrate our existing haphazard contact information in an easy to track and understand format. Now all I had to do is put it to work! The email feature within HubSpot is easy to use and helps me follow up with subscribers who express an interest in our feature articles. I have had higher open rates to our e-blasts and overall, our marketing outreach looks very professional, clean and crisp. It's been a tough year for any business, but I am so glad we invested in our digital presence and marketing and so glad we had Fidget Branding in our corner to help make our vision for Pro Star Mechanical Services a reality. You guys are simply da'best!

Creative, high-impact, data-driven campaign

Fidget worked with our organization to create a year-long, high impact, and incredibly creative integrated marketing communications campaign designed to attract and convert prospective undergraduate students (and their parents) to the Marshall School of Business. Beginning with primary data related to our target audience Fidget helped us craft key message points and bases of differentiation from peer schools. Their campaign pitch literally blew us out of the water. Their creative executions were amazing, and they covered the full range media used by our target audience (print, web-based, social media, mobile, direct mail). Their campaign resonated strongly with students and their families, involving messaging to both groups and each group separately. The conversion campaign was so unique and memorable that we received an inordinate number of unsolicited responses from students and families regarding its impact. Their campaign resulted in record numbers of applicants and acceptances.
