Anyone who has been in a sales role during a new CRM rollout has dealt with all the growing pains of new implementations. We finally came out of the stone age and implemented HubSpot. While I had previous experience with HubSpot Free at another company, I quickly realized that I would be facing those pains with the uncharted territory I was gaining with this implementation.
