Terrible customer service, avoid!!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the HubSpot theme 'Apptek' our company purchased from your platform. Despite our initial anticipation and investment, the theme has proven to be profoundly defective, rendering it virtually unusable for our intended purposes. The primary functionality failure lies in the incapability of the contact forms to submit, which happens to be the cornerstone of our landing page and campaign strategy. This critical flaw severely undermines our ability to generate leads and engage with potential clients effectively. Without functioning contact forms, our entire marketing effort is crippled, resulting in a significant waste of time and resources. Moreover, this issue is compounded by a plethora of other bugs and glitches that we encountered while attempting to use the theme. These problems range from display inconsistencies to navigation errors, further hindering our ability to create a seamless and professional online presence. Equally troubling is the complete lack of responsiveness and support from your end when we attempted to address these issues. Despite reaching out to your customer service team on multiple occasions to seek assistance and resolution, we received no acknowledgment or response whatsoever. This neglect left us stranded without any recourse, forcing us to seek alternative solutions independently. As a result of the theme's persistent failures and your company's abysmal customer service, we were compelled to switch to a different theme altogether, one with a completely different user interface. While this decision alleviated some of our immediate concerns, it also necessitated additional time and resources to reconfigure our website and marketing materials, causing further disruption and inconvenience. In light of these experiences, I must strongly caution others against purchasing this theme from your platform to any prospective customers unless you address the above matters. Not only does the product fail to deliver on its promised functionality, but the lack of support and communication from your company demonstrates a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and improve your customer service practices to prevent similar frustrations for other users in the future. Additionally, I request a full refund for the defective theme, as well as compensation for the time and resources wasted in attempting to resolve these issues independently.
