You'll get what you pay for
I bought this theme many months ago and have refrained from posting a review until I really had a chance to put it through its paces. To me a fully built-out and published website is the test that matters. I HIGHLY prize tools that accelerate my development efforts. In regard to this theme the constant bug fixing and configuration blockers have really lowered my rating. Objectively, and as far as paid themes go, this theme was relatively inexpensive at a couple hundred dollars. It could be an incredible value for someone with lower technical skills and whose existing brand aligns closely to the default theme styling. That said, I've customized enough HubSpot themes at this point to know there are cheaper, and even free themes, that are better developed. I really wish I'd done a bit more investigation before committing to do a website build-out with this theme. It's been a huge time-suck due to how poorly architected it is. The time-suck has been a consequence of how challenging it is to work with this theme. The modules that come with this theme have inconsistent or completely missing configuration options. Only basic documentation is provided that shows you what is self-evident and easily discernable by looking at the theme and/or modules configuration panels themselves. If you require detailed, technical documentation forget it. There are no knowledge base articles to speak of and only once has Nidish responded when I've reached out to get technical support.
This theme is not very easy to customize. To quality that statement, I expect all icons, images, colors, fonts, padding, margin, alignment, etc. to be adjustable from either the theme or module configuration panels. This is not the case at all with this theme. Many of the finer adjustment options I expect in a paid theme are not configurable unless you're comfortable cloning the theme's CSS and editing it manually in the Design Manager.
There's many modules and theme pages
There are many missing theme pages and the theme pages that do exist are extremely difficult to stylize using the vendor's configuration panels in the theme, module, and various drag-and-drop editors. I can work around most of these limitations as a seasoned front-end developer, but if I lacked these skills making all the nuanced adjustments to icons, images, colors, fonts, padding, margin, alignment, etc. would be very challenging. Users may find they are frustrated and find that frustration compounded by a lack of useful documentation and unresponsive support.
