Misleading
you claim services are available on the free tier to try and once you obtain my info you block those services. I was looking forward to testing but it was too difficult to manage

Well designed themes and top notch support!
I have used a few of MakeWebBetter's themes on my clients websites, recently including the free Environmental Theme they have developed. This theme is a powerhouse, and incredibly easy to deploy and customize. It is feature rich and easily competes with more expensive paid themes I've deployed over the years. I was blown away at MWB's support for their products. I had two small issues with an accordion menu not functioning properly and some issues with the blog index and posts page. MWB was able to address this same day as request and get everything working properly.
Super easy to customize with active drag and drop editing. The theme also does a nice job or rolling global branding settings throughout
Easy to use, attractive design, feature rich, EXCELLENT support that goes above and beyond expectations.

Great theme and exceptional support
The Environmental theme worked very well. I wasn't planning on switching my website out of WordPress and just happened to come by this theme. After spending a few minutes, I decided to start rebuilding my site using this theme in an environment that easily connects with my HubSpot CRM. It was a good transition and the support team was with me from the beginning.
It was relatively easy to customize this theme. Coming from WordPress, there is some small limitation, but the overall performance and agility is very good.

Great experience!
I have had an amazing experience with the theme and the team behind it! They have been super responsive to my comments and requests. There are still several things in the setup of the theme that need attention, especially when it comes to spacing and alignment of certain modules, but the team is always there to listen and help you out - even updating the theme if necessary.

Easy to use and Incredibly Helpful
This theme is very easy to use and does exactly what I need it to. The modules included are very simple to figure out and most importantly the support team was able to assist exactly when I needed them to. I had a small issue where I could not edit the color of a menu and they launched a whole update to allow us to do just that.
