The theme is complete and allows you to build something fairly standard, but in terms of settings and customization possibilities, you're quickly limited. I was expecting more possibilities, after testing the free version, for a rather high price.

Generator is dynamic and incredibly helpful for creating clean, easy-to-use layouts that we can build from quickly. The mix-and-match options are intuitive, flexible, and easy to understand. When we one or two a few questions, the Generator team and David were extremely responsive, thorough, and helpful in their replies. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Great theme that is easy to use. Its so logical and empowering to get pages built and content transported from another site. It just "works" well and that is confusing, because that has not been the way this industry has worked for so long.

Very, simple and the help docs and support are very good.

The developer/creator of Generator is very involved and accommodating to help and, is quick to respond. Unheard of in our industry and very welcoming.

We’ve had an excellent experience with this theme so far. It’s a strong fit for both proficient and brand-new HubSpot users: you can go deep with customization if you want, but you can also move fast thanks to the large library of prebuilt sections and smart page logic. That made it incredibly easy to build first iterations of our website quickly—without sacrificing a polished, professional look. A special highlight was the onboarding session: I could ask all my questions, and the creator walked me through the answers live on my own system. Super friendly, highly competent, and genuinely helpful. On top of that, the theme feels future-proofed for AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar tools). It’s clearly built with that direction in mind, and the creator is a real expert who openly helps customers get traction there. Overall: beautiful design, lots of options, and a very supportive experience.

Customization is straightforward and well thought out. Changes (branding, fonts, colors, spacing, layout choices,...) can be made quickly through the theme settings without needing to touch code, and the modules/sections behave predictably in the editor. We were able to align early website iterations with our brand very fast, and then refine details step by step—so it’s beginner-friendly, but still powerful enough for more advanced builds. It offers a great balance between “ready out of the box” and “fully adaptable.”
