Nice and easy to edit with superb support

This theme is one that an ex-colleague acquired and installed, so I have no experience of that. I have had the opportunity to edit our content and create new emails/pages since they left the company. It works well and it is nice and easy to edit. You can often find little ways of improving the look of your emails/pages as you discover more features. I only left three stars for the 'value' question as I didn't purchase it, nor do I know how much it cost our company, so I can't really comment on that. When we have had issues I've been able to speak to the support team / developer via chat/email and they've helped us out on numerous occasions with what we want to achieve. That support has been really helpful though and I appreciated that a lot.

There will always be some restrictions where you wish it could do this or that, but overall it has quite a lot of flexibility and you soon begin to understand where things are and how it all works. Sometimes there are workarounds to what you want to do. Buttons for examples could be done in different ways either as a Button, a CTA or an image, so it's worth fully exploring all the options as there is often another way to achieve what you want.

Once you have a feel for it, it is simple to use and edit. We don't need to rely on a web developer to change our site, we can do it ourselves with this.

You'll never have 'complete' freedom to design any way you want. It's working within the framework of the theme. There are some elements that won't line up 100% with others but it isn't anything major. We have had some issues when viewing the site on mobile, but only for hero banners. That might be down to our branding though. For example, we have a hero banner with an image over to the right and a black gradient to the left with a white title on top. When viewed on mobile the image is slightly left of centre on a mobile screen and tends to be blocked out by the white text on top (making it tricky to read). It is something we are looking into and the support team are really helpful so we'll see how that goes.
