One of the best (if not best) free templates

Use Quest for pretty much every one of my HubSpot clients as it is highly adaptable, optimized for performance and easy to customize. It might not have the bells and whistles of some other templates but with some creativity you can make pretty much anything. Support is also great and much better than some others. Highly recommend.

For basic customizations it's extremely easy. For some more advanced things you might need to know your way around cloning and customization in design manager.

Easy, optimized for speed, has what most businesses starting out will need.

Exactly what I needed!

I'm starting an llc and needed a free, easy to use crm at an affordable price -- preferably, free. I used HS at my last job, so I was familiar with the interface. To my surprise, a lot of the features that I want/ need to use are available in the free version! The only thing I wish I could use but can't because it's in the paid version is repeating tasks. This seems like it could easily be offered in the free version. Aside from this, I love HS and will probably get the paid version if/ when the need arises -- that's a no-brainer!

I don't use HS for my website, so this isn't applicable to me

Great CRM to get organized when starting a business or importing existing contacts.

I'm not going to the paid version of HubSpot simply for the repeatable tasks. Otherwise, it's a great option for a free CRM!

Poor technical support

For the feature card module, the rendering was different on design than on design preview. When we reached out to support, the response is so slow and took a long time. Not suitable to rely on with marketing campaign landing pages and website pages
