your app doesnt have the feature of the web browser version
I do many things on my phone or iPad. I have the HubSpot app, but it doesn't have all the functionality that I have via the web browser.
I use canva to create my newsletters. I am unable to import that into HubSpot and use the clickable links via a marketing email .
I like that I cna track my contacts open rates and tie this to my google account.
I don't like the fact the app doesn't have all the same features, and I really can't integrate my Canva email marketing content easily into the tool.

Solid theme with some nice design options
We help companies in the hospitality and travel space, mainly marinas. This theme has been a favorite, have now done 3 websites using it. We don't use a lot of the built-in real estate listing stuff, but the core pages are good.
Very easy. Didn't even need to clone to a child theme to get more hands on editing

Good template for starters
I feel this is a great template for someone just getting started. The ease to edit and publish updates will save time an money over higher an expensive or questionable affordable designer.
It was fairly easy to make all the changes I needed.
The features for a free theme are so amazing and easy to use.
None so far, HubSpot Support was able to help me with basic questions.
