Overview
FreeHold is a HubSpot theme created with real estate and property management companies in mind! This theme is full of great tools that you could use to build ANY type of website within HubSpot, but the default structure is intended for Real Estate.
There are custom modules that enhance and replace some of the core HubSpot modules, as well as additional custom modules to handle accordions, image sliders, testimonials and much more!
There's also a module included that you can drop on any page to apply a color overlay to the hero section of any page, regardless of what is in the hero (the first section).
We utilize the blog structure to allow you to have dynamic property listings that can be shown on other pages in modules as well. Using blog tags, you can designate listings as being a certain type (like commercial or residential), associated with a specific realtor / agent, being in a certain location, etc. This is a highly customized blog template that includes fields to populate property details that you'd expect to see on a listing... like number of bedrooms and bathrooms, acreage, cost, school district, and lots more!
The properties blog post template has a long list of variables at the top of the file, so if you create a child theme and clone the template for editing, you can edit that list of text variables to completely customize the displayed features of a listing. You can customize the property features, or change it up completely to become features of a completely different industry!

Using the HubSpot blog framework, we've created a full dynamic property listing system! Includes an image slider for property images, a form to contact the agent, agent info, a big list of property specifications, tabbed section for whatever info is needed for location, schools, history, etc.
Custom Agent / Team Member Landing Pages
Your agents or team members can have their own landing page that has their contact info, social links, pic and whatever else you want to provide. PLUS an embedded form to contact that agent. Then use the property blog module to show property listings that are associated with the agent!

Great theme and excellent support
The overall theme matched my brand very well, and where it needed slight changes, the team have been incredibly helpful and supportive. It's pretty easy to use (more so if you have any idea of what you're doing, which I didn't). I absolutely recommend!

Modern and Functional Theme with Amazing Support!
If you're in the real estate industry, this theme is amazing. It has everything you need to create a stylish website that showcases all of your listings. Being in the business brokerage industry, our client required some customizations to the theme but the developers were able to help us with these customizations for a reasonable fee and were able to complete these updates quickly and with great communication throughout. The end result was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this theme (or any theme by Growth Operations, really)!

Amazing theme - highly recommend
This theme is so customizable and user friendly. I don't know how this is free, or why it is free! I highly recommend using this theme.
I have used a few different themes in HubSpot, and this one is by far the easiest to customize.

Very nice professionally looking template with great functionality and support
Freehold is a great HubSpot template to use. I use it as professional photographer and it has all functionality needed to run my business and much more nice-to-have features built in. Examples are multi language supported and an online calendar to book video meetings with my clients. It has a beautiful dynamic slideshow to show my portfolio and supports videos as well. The design is nice, professionally looking and clean. The template is wel supported by New Era Technology with fast response and has regular updates with improvements and more functionality. My webdesigner has used the template in first instance for me. But now I maintain and update the site myself and create new pages with no support needed.

A parte tienes el soporte de Fusion Alliance donde te dan las recomendaciones para aumentar la flexibilidad de customización, principalmente en la parte multi-idiomas que nosotros tuvimos que enfrentar al traduzir al español
Fácil si se usa como está en ingles, complejidad mediana para traducir a otros idiomas y hacer cambios mas profundos como en hoja de estilos o complementar con módulos faltantes

No poder cambiar todos los labels al idioma de forma editable nativamente, hace falta creara un tema hijo y allí hacer los cambios, lo que requiere conocimiento técnico adicional
