Great CRM
I found HubSpot to be quite good overall. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and offers a wide range of tools covering CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer service. Its integration capabilities with other apps are strong, and the reporting features provide useful insights. The user interface is clean and makes it easy to navigate between different functions. What really stood out was how smoothly the onboarding process went — the learning curve was gentle, thanks to their solid documentation and support resources. While some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, the value you get even at lower tiers is solid.
Customizing the HubSpot theme was quite easy — the drag-and-drop editor, clear theme settings, and accessible developer tools made both basic and advanced adjustments smooth and efficient.
